Cro-Magnon with neurofibromatosis, -28,000y

All pictures rights ADAGP Paris 2023

This specimen was diagnosed with N1 class fibromatosis by a science team. The auto-immune illness causes tumors along the nervous system which can grow anywhere on the body. The anomalies on the skull, as the vast one on the frontal bone, testify about the extended tumors that marked the face of this individual.

The skull is visible at Musée de l’Homme , Paris.
